With the Appleby yard operating at a 29% strike rate recently, the Godolphin pair of PRETTY ASSET and Song Maker stand out for this maiden. The latter finished second to subsequent Musidora scorer Shutter Speed on her final start last year at Yarmouth and has clear claims on that evidence but is must be notable that William Buick instead partners the newcomer. Pretty Asset is well-related and could be worth siding with in this.
