Forecasts

Peculiar Places (9/4), Country'n'western (9/2), Haafapiece (9/2), Settie Hill (5/1), Infinite Sun (11/2), Go Go Lucas (12/1), Oriental Cross (16/1), The Bottom Bar (16/1), Cloth Cap (20/1), Xin Chao (25/1), Oregon Gold (66/1), Wick Green (66/1), Ciboir (66/1)

Verdict

The three previous winners all retain interest going into this, with Haafapiece and Infinite Sun both very much respected, though given how he did the job on debut, freshness is not an issue for COUNTRY'N'WESTERN, who may be capable of repeating the dose. David Elsworth will have left nothing to chance after an absence and it would be no surprise if he were fit to win first time back. Oriental Cross needs a market check, as do Cloth Cap and Peculiar Places in what will be an informative and competitive heat.
  1. Country'n'western
  2. Cloth Cap
