A good gallop is likely in this feature Edinburgh Gin Handicap Chase. Long distance traveller Mr Fitzroy likes to force the pace, whilst Chidswell has adopted a change of tactics and also raced to the fore the past twice. In theory, this should set the race up for the likes of Morning Royalty, but one must worry that they will get away from him around this sharp circuit, with the dropped in trip Chidswell likely to prove strong in terms of stamina at the finish. With the fencing of Uno Valoroso likely exposed (uncharacteristically not so fluent lately), and Next Sensation back from a long break, UBALTIQUE gets a tentative nod, as he should find this far easier than when well out of his depth last time at Sandown Park.
