Lightly-raced sort who ended last season with a second in 2½m course handicap chase and likely would have filled the same position but for unseating at the last on his 3m Ffos Las reappearance 13 days ago. Has a visor added now.
Mixed record in Ireland for Shane Crawley but struck at fourth time of asking for Christian Williams in 21f Sedgefield handicap (good) 9 days ago. That was a conditional jockeys event so he escapes a penalty. Obvious chance.
Made a winning handicap hurdle at Bangor (23f, good) when last seen in March. A point background provides hope that he'll take to fences. Stable has been a bit quiet so far this autumn but did have a winner last week.
Belatedly got off the mark when making all in 23.5f Kelso handicap chase on Saturday but his task was made significantly easier by 2 departures at the second last. Doesn't have the profile of one likely to defy a penalty.
Runner-up on second of 3 starts in Irish points but went with very little promise over hurdles. Similarly unpromising start to his chase career after a year off at Hexham in April.
Rejuvenated in blinkers of late, winning over hurdles at Kelso (21f) and Southwell (3m) this month. Looks well enough treated to complete a hat-trick back over fences.
Plugged on to fill the frame twice over fences to end 2025 but he's still a maiden and ended last season out of form. First outing for 6 months.
Maiden hurdler who hasn't cut much ice in his 3 outings over fences. Has left Tracey Leeson since finishing a remote fifth at Fontwell in September. Probably best watched.

Forecasts
Royal Time (9/4), Wearelongterm (5/2), Wannabe (9/2), Luminaries (5/1), Thereyare (8/1), Jet Light (25/1), Joie More (25/1), The Kings Soldier (25/1)
The thriving LUMINARIES is taken to complete an October hat-trick now back over fences. Unpenalised Sedgefield scorer Royal Time is the obvious danger ahead of Wannabe, who looked booked for second when departing late on at Ffos Las a couple of weeks ago.
