Took advantage of a career-low mark when landing 12-runner handicap (9/2) at Ayr (5f, good to firm) in August. Underperformed without excuse at Musselburgh last time but remains on a handy mark.
Is yet to add to a pair of 5f nursery wins (one over C&D) last year and little encouragement to be gleaned from recent starts but has tumbled down the weights as a result and now drops into 0-65 company for the first time this year. Worth a market check.
Went back-to-back at Chelmsford last autumn and finished runner-up twice on all-weather earlier this year. Has been a bit disappointing on last 2 starts but has now dropped to a career-low mark. Claims if bouncing back but a leap of faith is required on that front.
Dual 5f winner on turf. Out of form of late but has dropped below last winning mark for yard back among the winners. Needs to prove his effectiveness on this surface, though.
Enthusiastic type who returned to winning ways at Nottingham (5f) in June and ran well when placed on his next 2 starts, including over 6f at this track in August. Ran below form last time, but has a good draw and no surprise were he to put up a much better showing back returned to this course.
Third win of a productive campaign when landing a big-field sprint at Ayr (5f, soft) last month. Seemed to excel herself in face of stiff task in conditions stakes at Beverley last time. Back in more realistic company here but has yet to win off a mark this high.
Has gone close in a few all-weather handicaps this year and quickly got back to form when 2 lengths third of 6 to Silky Robin at Brighton in June. Sold for 5,000 gns since and has joined a yard that has enjoyed success with recruits from other stables. Market will prove informative.
Ended a lengthy losing run in handicap at Chepstow (5f) in June. Has largely struggled since but can have last run overlooked having been denied a clear run. Back down to last winning mark but has yet to prove himself effective on all-weather surface.
On a long losing run but ran one of this season's better races when 1¼ lengths fourth of 13 to Hurt You Never at Redcar last time.
A 4-time C&D winner, the latest from an 8 lb higher mark in January. Has been more miss than hit since, but is entitled to be sharper for the outing after returning from 4-month break last time and every chance he could get this run to suit.

Forecasts
Marra Donna (7/2), South Parade (4/1), Toptime (6/1), Midnight Lir (7/1), Opal Storm (7/1), Popular Dream (8/1), General Assembly (10/1), Guernsey Angel (10/1), Hi Lord (14/1), Fletcher's Flight (25/1)
TOPTIME was below form last time but a return to this venue is an obvious plus (3 course wins to his name) and he gets the tentative vote in a competitive race for the grade. South Parade also needs to bounce back but remains on a good mark, while Marra Donna is interesting on debut for a yard with a good record with similar types.
