A Law Of Her Own^v⁹

Age: 9| Weight: 10-11| J: Donagh Meyler| T: E Mullins| OR: 122| D

25/1

Fairly useful hurdler at best but yet to fire in a trio of starts over longer trips for Emmet Mullins this season. Can't be discounted, though.

Form: 691-U87

Royal Hollow¹⁶

Age: 8| Weight: 10-11| J: Cian Quirke| T: A Slattery| OR: 125| CD

5/4

Fairly useful hurdler who took this prize last season. Arrives on back of creditable fifth on Flat at Clonmel 16 days ago and looks the one to beat again.

Form: 121-320

Gino Bella^h,t⁴³

Age: 6| Weight: 10-7| J: Alan O'Sullivan⁽⁵⁾| T: P T Foley| OR: 115| BF

11/4

Fairly useful hurdler who has won 2 of her 4 starts this season and arrives on back of creditable third of 10 in handicap hurdle at Killarney 43 days ago. This is tougher but she warrants respect.

Form: 4P-3113

Likealightswitch¹⁷⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 10-7| J: Harry Sexton⁽⁷⁾| T: A Sexton| OR: 107| CD

18/1

Had been knocking on the door prior to making the most of a good opportunity in a C&D maiden in March. Below par at Fairyhouse the following month, though, and faces a stiff task here.

Form: 392210-

Speisialta^h,t¹²

Age: 6| Weight: 10-7| J: Darragh O'Keeffe| T: A J Black| OR: 117

13/2

Quirky sort who was given too much rope when successful on hurdling debut at Sligo in August and improved in the face of better opposition when runner-up in a mares conditions race at Bellewstown next time. Not in same form on Listowel handicap bow recently but can't be ruled out.

Form: 4-R0120

Non-Runners

Sopelana¹⁵⁶

Weight: 11-0| Age: 4

T: C Collins J: Kevin Healy

Forecasts

Royal Hollow (5/4), Gino Bella (11/4), Daboya (9/2), Speisialta (13/2), Sopelana (12/1), Likealightswitch (18/1), A Law Of Her Own (25/1)

Last year's winner ROYAL HOLLOW has likely been aimed at a repeat bid and ran well on the Flat last month. She makes plenty of appeal. Daboya and Gino Bella are feared most.
