Lord Mansfield Memorial Handicap Hurdle

Improved following a 17-month absence when sweeping to success over C&D (good) in April. Found 2m too sharp in the Summer Hurdle next time but resumed her progression back at 2½m when accounting for 7 rivals at Worcester 31 days ago. Should remain very competitive off 5 lb higher.

Got off the mark in a Chepstow novice last October and plenty of good efforts in handicaps since. Things didn't go right for him in the Swinton last time and worth treating as if still in form. Might prove the answer.

Won 3 times over hurdles in 2024/25 campaign but has drawn a blank since. Latest C&D fifth in first-time cheekpieces (retained) was respectable but he's no good thing to build on it.

Irish point winner who was runner-up in a pair of bumpers last season is 2-2 over hurdles this time round, latterly a 17 Bangor novice 15 days ago. The handicapper hasn't taken any chances with her opening mark but there should be more to come.

Irish point winner. Fair form when second in maiden/novice hurdles over 2½m towards the end of 2025 but below that level twice since, including C&D handicap debut in April (broke blood vessel).

Fairly useful hurdler/chaser in France who completed a hat-trick in novice hurdles at Carlisle in spring 2025. Runner-up twice in handicaps last winter but not seen since a fall at Musselburgh in February.

Surprise winner of a Hexham maiden over this trip in June but has improved again since, winning on 3m course handicap debut under Brian Hughes last month. The drop back in trip shouldn't be an issue and a must for the shortlist for her in-form stable.

Veteran who has run with credit when reaching the frame in C&D handicaps on his last 2 outings but the suspicion is he might find at least the odd one too strong again.

Capitalised on a falling mark at Cartmel (2¾m, good to soft) 23 days ago. Retains handicapping scope off 3 lb higher.

Fair hurdle winner a couple of years ago but lost his way badly for Gordon Elliott and it remains to be seen whether a change of scenery helps to spark a revival.

Fairly useful handicap chase winner in January 2025 but pulled up on return from a year off at Carlisle in April and absent for a further 6 months since. Could only consider if backed.

Better than ever when completing a handicap chase double at Musselburgh over the winter. Presumably needed the run when well held on C&D reappearance last month but she'll need to leave that well behind to get heavily involved here.
