Consistent sort who ended a long losing sequence at Beverley in July and backed it up with a pair of in-the-frame efforts in a higher grade. Excuses here since and type to bounce back.

Responded well to the fitting of blinkers when winning back-to-back at Musselburgh and Hamilton last autumn but has looked a shadow of that horse this campaign, showing little starting out for this yard at Catterick latest.

Winner of this in 2024 but had a bad experience in last year's renewal. Won amateur race at Pontefract for the second successive season under this rider early this month and backed it up with another good second at Catterick. Can make another bold bid with headgear re-applied.

Justified support with wide-margin victory at Wolverhampton in November. Mixed record this year but trip was too far on stable debut last time. Bit to prove on balance back on turf.
