Didn't go on for Ed Walker after landing Buckingham Palace at 2024 Royal Ascot but rejuvenated for new yard when winning 2 handicaps at Meydan earlier this year. Back to best when second of 5 at Hamilton in July and a slow start ruined his chance in the Golden Mile at Goodwood since.
Progressed into a very useful handicapper last season. Failed to hit the same heights earlier this year but has dropped to a good mark and back from a break here. Could be set for a profitable autumn.
Proved at least as good as ever when landing the Thirsk Hunt Cup over 1m in May. Hasn't reproduced that form since but he has shaped better than the result in a few of his recent starts, including at York recently (went off too hard).
Winner of the 2024 Lincoln at Doncaster on heavy. Seemingly not quite the same force but latest second of 9 to a progressive 3-y-o at Kempton (1m) shows he's still useful on his day. Any easing of the ground no issue to him.
Back-to-back wins on all-weather at Newcastle (1m) and Kempton (7f) this summer but his run of good form came to an abrupt halt at Kempton 12 days ago. Equally as effective on turf, particularly with ease in the ground.
Not long with new connections and has shaped well on several occasions, placing again when third of 13 at Hamilton (9f, good to firm) 20 days ago. Tongue tied first time. Can make presence felt.
All the sharper for his reappearance in the Spring Mile at Doncaster when getting up close home to deny stablemate On The River over C&D (good) in April. Creditable fifth of 10 in handicap (11/1) at Ayr (1m, good to firm) 23 days ago and back to only 1 lb above the mark he defied here.
Quite useful form for the Fabre stable in France. This lightly-raced 3-y-o has joined an in-form yard ahead of this handicap debut. It'll be very interesting to see what the betting makes of him.
Looked useful over 7f at Newcastle earlier in the year, winning on debut before finishing second under a penalty. Brings obvious unexposed potential to this handicap and turf debut for a leading stable. Has been gelded.

Spoken Truth (6/4), Mr Professor (11/2), English Oak (13/2), Mirsky (8/1), Racingbreaks Ryder (10/1), Milteye (10/1), Majestic Dane (14/1), Thunder Roar (18/1), Firefall (22/1)
If there is one here which could be well ahead of its mark it is surely twice-raced Karl Burke 3-y-o MAJESTIC DANE. David O'Meara pair Spoken Truth (seemngly preferred by Tudhope) and Mirsky head the dangers. Ed Bethell's new recruit Firefall would also firmly enter calculations if the betting speaks in his favour.
- Majestic Dane14/1
- Spoken Truth6/4
- Mirsky8/1
