Fairly useful Flat winner for Owen Burrows. Showed more than on debut over hurdles when fifth at Listowel in May but will need to improve again to make an impact here.
Left debut form behind when winning 13-runner bumper at Ballinrobe (2m) 32 days ago. Did that nicely so one to consider on this switch to hurdling.
Looked set to finish third before falling late on hurdles debut in October. Since shed maiden status on the level and there should be more to come in this sphere.
Fairly useful winner at 10f on Flat. Set to run best race over hurdles (keeping on in second) when unseated rider last in maiden at Tramore (2m) in April and fit from a spin on the level, he found only one too good at Wexford 2 weeks ago. Should be in the mix.
Back-to-back winner on the Flat at around 1½m last summer for William Haggas, before failing to give his running on final 2 outings of the campaign. Closing on the leader when unseating rider on hurdles debut and he can gain compensation.
Maiden pointer and well held both starts over hurdles a year apart. Tongue strap on.
Califet gelding. Dam, maiden over hurdles/fences in France, half-sister to useful hurdler/very smart chaser (stayed 23f) Clarcam. Showed nothing in a bumper in March.
Has stood very little racing in recent seasons. Sent off at 50/1 when falling at the fifth on reappearance at Cork 19 days ago.
No impact in a bumper and a maiden hurdle a year apart.
Runner-up on second of 2 starts in points. Low-key start to career under Rules.
Ocovango gelding. Dam (c105/h106) 2¾m/3m hurdle/chase winner.
Produced a promising debut when second of 14 in a Roscommon maiden (2m) in July, just failing. Not in same form when sixth upped to 2½m back there a month later but fancied to get back on track dropped in distance.
Displayed ability on the all-weather for Ian Williams but not in the same form for Stephen Thorne, eighth of 15 in claimer at Bellewstown (1m) 50 days ago. Hurdles debut.
Minor promise only in bumpers/over hurdles.
Too free to show anything both starts.
Twelfth of 13 in novice hurdle at Kilbeggan on debut 14 days ago, running green.
Half-sister to Bambino Fever. Looks a stable lesser light on her bumper form. RESERVE.
Offered nothing sent hurdling at Kilbeggan 2 weeks ago. RESERVE.

Forecasts
Ealu Tapa (2/1), Sea Eagle (9/4), Minella Moon Shine (5/2), Molto Amichi (8/1), Cast A Cold Eye (10/1), Golden Handshake (12/1), Je Suis Celebre (20/1), Approval (25/1), Certosa (25/1), Macoo (33/1), Champagne Diamond (50/1), Ikalimix (66/1), Le Vent D'ex (66/1), Lincoln Mill (66/1), Deeter (66/1), Kauto Empress (100/1), Marilyns Poet (100/1), Through The Storm (100/1)
GOLDEN HANDSHAKE was in the process of making a very promising start to his hurdling career until unseating rider late at Galway 3 weeks ago and on that evidence, he can win a maiden such as this. Sea Eagle and Minella Moon Shine head the opposition.
