Resumed winning ways at Southwell (1¾m) in April. Below form both starts the following month, for all he wasn't ideally placed at Pontefract last time. Probably has a bit to find, even if back on song following 13 weeks off.
Course winner gained a deserved first win of 2026 in 4-runner Redcar handicap (2m) last month. Never landed a blow there (1¾m) subsequently, and he may just find this shorter trip on the sharp side.
Latest success came at this course in September 2023 for previous yard but did go close in a better C&D event last autumn. Made solid start to this year and hasn't enjoyed the run of the race more recently, including in first-time visor at Catterick (2m) last time. One for the shortlist.
C&D winner was typically very slowly away on return at Catterick last time. Leap of faith is required, even with more severe headgear refitted.
Ffos Las winner (2m) last summer for Jedd O'Keeffe. Placed 2 of 3 starts on Flat for current yard, not in same form as time before when 7½ lengths third at Musselburgh latest. Still considered off 2 lb below his winning mark.
Opened her account in a 3-y-o handicap at Wolverhampton (1½m) in April. Runner-up twice since (solid form latter of those starts) before a lesser effort following 8 weeks off there last time. She may just be sharper for that and previous form makes her of interest on first start in open company.
Lightly-raced 3-y-o has finished well beaten in 3 handicap starts. Hopes pinned on the addition of first-time cheekpieces.
Long-standing maiden arrives in form, backing up his previous effort when 6¼ lengths third at Catterick last time. Place claims with good-value apprentice retained.
On a long losing run and has looked out of sorts since returning from an absence. Cheekpieces go on first time in this sphere.
Remains a maiden after 34 Flat runs. Back on her proper mark when again making little impact at Musselburgh last time.
Hit the frame in a couple of 3-y-o handicaps at Thirsk/Catterick in May. Visor on second time when running her worse race to date at Nottingham (1¾m, soft) the following month. Dropped 3 lb for that, though, and has been freshened up ahead of her return to the all-weather.
By German Derby winner Isfahan and half-brother to a useful one. Sent off at long odds and unsurprisingly achieved little in 3 starts over shorter trips to date. Yard excels with this type, and he's expected to make much more impact over a markedly longer distance on handicap bow.
€48,000 son of Sergei Prokofiev. Offered little in trio of 6f starts in the spring. Wore first-time cheekpieces following a gelding operation but fared no better on handicap debut over markedly longer trip at Ayr (1¼m) latest. Now tried over even further in more severe headgear.

Forecasts
Jedhi Knight (3/1), Muhib (4/1), Niffler (5/1), Fleur De Mer (6/1), Billy Bathgate (7/1), Hickton (14/1), Forever Perfect (14/1), Romeo's Guardian (14/1), Gemical (16/1), Brunello Breeze (20/1), Galahad Threepwood (25/1), Carwyn (33/1), Star Of Markinch (50/1), Wave Power (66/1)
NIFFLER fits the bill of a typical Sir Mark Prescott improver, and he appeals most in an ordinary low-grade handicap. Fleur De Mer is feared most off her slipping mark, with Forever Perfect and Jedhi Knight also worth considering.
