All 4 of his career wins have come at C&D, most recently in March. Placed twice on turf at Newmarket in May and proved as good as ever when a never-nearer second of 15 in handicap at York (1m, good to firm) 18 days ago. Generally consistent and he should go well again with Loughnane booked.
Keen-going sort who scored over 1m for Andrew Balding last June. Edged down the weights this term prior to producing his best effort of the year when third of 11 in handicap at Ascot (7f, good to firm) 19 days ago, nearest finish. Claims if in the same form.
Still has the odd quirk but he built on 4 consecutive placed efforts when overcoming a pace bias to win a 6-runner handicap at Yarmouth (7f, good to firm) 20 days ago. That was just his second outing for the Owen yard and he should continue to go the right way after a 4 lb rise.
Won a maiden at Ascot in 2022 but shown nothing in 2 starts for this yard after returning from a 3-year absence.
Free-going sort got off the mark at Newcastle in October and arrives here after back-to-back in-frame efforts, in first-time cheekpieces when fourth of 14 in handicap (8/1) at Newcastle (1m) 18 days ago. Should remain competitive.
Won twice at Wolverhampton last spring for Simon & Ed Crisford. Ended time with that yard out of sorts though, and is yet to build on a reasonably encouraging stable debut.
Made a winning start in 7f Kempton novice in November and performed with credit on his next 2 outings, including when fifth of 12 on handicap debut at Windsor (1m) in May. Perhaps lacking in sharpness after 11-week break when last of 19 in a handicap at Goodwood (1m) 2 weeks ago and this is easier.
Still seeking first win but posted best effort of the season off reduced mark/first-time tongue strap when second of 5 at Yarmouth (1m, firm), conceding first run. Respected from unchanged mark.
Bumped into a useful sort when runner-up in a 7f novice here on qualifying run but failed to impress with his attitude when only sixth of 8 on his nursery debut here next time. Returns from 9 months off having left Dr Richard Newland & Jamie Insole.

Final Night (2/1), Sovereign View (3/1), Gallant (10/3), Rogue Allegiance (9/2), Dumuji (17/2), Gunfighter (14/1), Lieutenant Kije (33/1), Man Of Desert (33/1), San Juanito (100/1), City Of Kings (150/1)
ROGUE ALLEGIANCE appeals as one the James Owen yard should get the best out of and a 4 lb rise for his recent Yarmouth win may underestimate him. Final Night arrives in good form and is a very solid proposition at this C&D, with Sovereign View also making the shortlist.
