Plenty of promise when second of 14 at Kempton in June but only sixth of 9 at Chester when 7/4 favourite in July, though couldn't lead there (has made all for all 4 handicap wins). Not easy to predict but returns to Kempton on a workable mark and well drawn to attack.

Struggled on turf this year but is better on all-weather and his higher mark in this sphere has fallen 5 lb since he last appeared on this surface, so he's feasibly treated and his stable has finally found a bit of form. Worth chancing.
Proved competitive from higher marks earlier this year and, though he's gone off the boil just lately, he wasn't seen to best effect at Southwell last time and could bounce back.
Back down to his winning mark and isn't long with this yard so he's one to be positive about given he was fourth at Southwell when well backed 16 days ago despite not getting a chance to really open up. Visor replaces cheekpieces for the first time today.
Tumbling down the weights but little recent indication he can take advantage. Tries a step up in trip.
Seems a much more reliable proposition on all-weather with 2 wins from 4 starts, but her tendency to pull has been costly lately and she now tries first-time cheekpieces from a wide stall.
Twice a winner on turf over 7f this time last year, but was too free on return from 6 months off recently and needs to step up markedly on that returned to all-weather.
Better on all-weather than turf and won a handicap here over 1m in April. Below form on turf last 2 starts and now returns to preferred surface which will help, though he's also having a rare outing down at 7f.
Twice a winner on all-weather in 2024, including at this track, but largely struggled since joining this yard. Possibly needed run when fourth of 9 at Newmarket in June on return from 8-month absence and could build on that returned to this venue.
Five-time winner over C&D and is now back to last winning mark having run poorly on turf when last seen in June so he's not one to write off.
Shaped better than of late when seventh of 12 in a handicap over this trip at Southwell 16 days ago, but didn't get home after showing speed so he's hard to fancy kept to this distance.
Tumbling down weights but didn't show much going without usual headgear on stable debut last time and now steps up to a trip he's unproven at.

Forecasts
Cogitate (3/1), Percy's Lad (7/2), Brosay (7/1), Eminency (8/1), Orchid (8/1), Flag Of St George (12/1), Longlai (12/1), Peter The Wolf (14/1), Dapper Guest (14/1), Sea Founder (16/1), Arctician (25/1), Nezeeh (25/1)
DAPPER GUEST has struggled like most from his yard this year, but there's been better signs of late from the stable and he could bounce back returned to his favoured surface having eased in the weights. Cogitate is also well treated now and not long with his current trainer so he could go well, while Percy's Lad could take some pegging back from a handy draw if on a going day.
