Put back-to-back good efforts together for a change in doubling his career tally under a well-judged ride in 12-runner event over C&D (good) 5 days ago, all out to hold on. Looks one to take on carrying a 7-lb penalty.

Made the frame all 3 starts in maidens last year, before proving a different proposition on handicap/seasonal debut when making all in 19-runner contest at the Curragh (1m) in May. Well held at the same course next time, though (coughed).
Reliable sort who won twice last year and ran up to best on the back of a break when second of 17 at the Curragh (7f, good to firm) in June, worn down by a thriving younger rival only late on. Not quite in the same form at Naas since so bounce back needed.
Resumed winning ways at Dundalk in January. Had dropped below last winning mark and back to form when third at Fairyhouse early last month but has failed to beat a rival on both subsequent outings. Drops back in trip.
Strong-travelling sort who was a decisive winner of a Dundalk maiden in December. Has been in good heart in handicaps this year, though latest Fairyhouse effort was her worst of the lot (first-time tongue tie). No surprise if she were to get back on track here.
In good heart on the all-weather earlier in the year when landing back-to-back 1m handicaps at Dundalk in March. Was given a considerate return at Naas (6f) 3 weeks ago and now heads back up in trip. Remains winless on turf.
Fairly useful maiden who posted a best effort when second at Ffos Las in June on final outing for Owen Burrows. Shaped better than the bare result on stable debut and took a small step forward when eighth of 14 at the Curragh (6f, good to firm) on Sunday. Others more appealing for the win.

PRETTY OMAGH GIRL made an emphatic return to action when successful on handicap debut at the Curragh in May and with her subsequent effort there easy to strike a line through (coughed), Andy Oliver's filly gets the nod to resume her progress. It's no surprise to see cheekpieces discarded from Little Empire and he looks the biggest threat, with recent C&D winner Alfred Tennyson taken to fill out third.
