Produced a career-best effort when winning 6-runner handicap at Nottingham (1¼m, good to firm) 16 days ago, overcoming pace bias. Got to be respected after that although up 6 lb and is yet to win off a mark beyond 70.

Bounced back to best when scoring at Beverley (1¼m) in May, albeit suited by the way the race developed. Second there the following month but needs to bounce back after a lesser effort at Ayr last time.

Generally a consistent sort when trained by Ian Williams, winning at Newbury last summer and finishing second on 3 occasions after. Fitness has to be taken on trust for new yard (sold for 20,000gns) after 9 months off/breathing operation but looks to be on a fair mark.

Fairly useful form for Harry Charlton last year and has been holding her form well for her new yard, opening her account in 7-runner handicap at Pontefract (1m, good to firm, 7/2) 8 days ago. Will need pull out a bit more to defy a penalty but could do so for yard having a good season.

Veteran who has defied his age to score 4 times this season, including on his last 2 starts over C&D, and at Nottingham (1¼m, good, 9/2) 4 days ago by 2¼ lengths from Flightofthephoenix, unchallenged. Should go well again under a penalty provided he handles the quick turnaround.
