Finished 2025 by landing back-to-back 5f nurseries at Newcastle. Shaped encouragingly when fourth of 14 on C&D reappearance and might be worth forgiving her a lesser effort at York since now back in calmer waters.
Headstrong sort who posted 2 good runner-up efforts for Dr Richard Newland & Jamie Insole in the spring. Operating below that level since but is on a good mark if a switch to Ruth Carr helps to spark a revival.
Confirmed reappearance promise when landing 13-runner handicap at Ripon (6f) in April. Creditable fourth of 13 over 6f here last month but reported to have bled when well held at York in first-time cheekpieces (off now) 5 weeks ago.
Doubled his tally at Ripon (6f) in May and has remained in form since, including third of 11 over 6f here (good to firm) 15 days ago. Likely to give another good account with cheekpieces added.
Showed improved form dropped in grade and fitted with a first-time visor when off the mark in 12-runner handicap at Newcastle (5f) in May but has failed to back that up on turf twice since. The visor is left off now.
Went close in 5f Catterick novice in May but hasn't reproduced that form in handicaps since, beaten 6 lengths when second at Redcar last time.
Musselburgh novice winner for Kevin Philippart de Foy last year. Respectable fourth in 3 handicaps for Julie Camacho in recent months and being eased a further 2 lb can only help.
Hasn't matched his winning juvenile form this season. His mark has come down as a result but he hasn't been showing enough to suggest he can take advantage.
Made second nursery start a winning one at Musselburgh last August but ended 2-y-o season on a below-par note and offered little on back of a breathing operation when last of 6 at Leicester 38 days ago. This ought to reveal more.

Forecasts
Simba's Pride (5/2), Straight Ahead (3/1), Yellow Diamonds (10/3), Angel Numbers (7/1), Empress Olivia (15/2), Under The Radar (12/1), Vinciamo (22/1), Houndhill (22/1), Davorge Nation (50/1)
SIMBA'S PRIDE is building up a solid record and might be good for a third win of the campaign. Angel Numbers is well treated if a switch to Ruth Carr sparks a return to form and is second choice head of Straight Ahead, who returns to the scene of his encouraging reappearance.
