Unibet More Extra Place Races Handicap (GBBPlus Race)

All 3 wins here, the last 2 over this trip. Good second of 12 in valuable C&D event on final start last year. Should be sharper for a reappearance run at Goodwood and respected back here.

Won twice in 2024. Missed in 2025 but back in good form this year, finishing second 3 times before deservedly getting his head back in front in a 3-runner race at Newbury (2m) under Oisin Murphy 15 days ago. Is 3 lb higher in a stronger race now, though.

Made all over C&D in January but his more recent form is far less encouraging, failing to beat a rival the last twice. It remains to be seen whether a return to this venue will spark a revival.

Hit a rich vein of form over the winter, completing a hat-trick in staying handicaps on the all-weather. Latest 1½m Epsom second represents strong form and likely still on a good mark now stepping back up in trip.

Has thrived over 11f on all-weather since November, winning 3 times, including here. Can probably be forgiven a lesser run on turf last time but has stamina to prove over this significantly longer trip.

Gambled on returned to the Flat and showed his best form for a few seasons when winning over C&D in May. Backed that up with a creditable fourth of 11 here since.

Dual Flat winner in 2024 and in good form over hurdles this spring. Figures on a competitive mark back on the level.

Dual 1¼m scorer who endured a winless 2025 but back to something like best after 3 months off when second over 1¾m at Wolverhampton in February. Creditable third over 1½m there in March. Sold out of Alan King's yard for 10,000 gns the following month. Stamina not assured.

Maiden on the Flat and over hurdles. Has left Denis Hogan since finishing sixth of 16 in Sligo maiden hurdle in May. The betting is perhaps the best guide to expectations now back in Britain.
