Promise on his bumper debut at Uttoxeter last spring. Unable to build on that since, albeit latest hurdles run over C&D wasn't devoid of promise and he looks one for further down the line.
Runner-up in a big-field bumper at Galway last summer. Fitted with cheekpieces and displayed aptitude for hurdling first 2 starts and he had a clear excuse at Southwell last time given he was struck into.
Irish point winner who came from off the pace to win a Ludlow bumper last spring. Low-key start to hurdling career but much more like it when third fitted with a tongue tie at Bangor and would have matched that form had he completed at Warwick in April.
Linda's Lad gelding. Dam, lightly raced over hurdles and a 1½m winner on Flat, is a half-sister to useful hurdler/chaser (2m-2½m winner) Smarty Wild. Showed nothing on belated debut over C&D 3 weeks ago.
A fairly useful Flat winner who signed off for Simon & Ed Crisford with a good third at Chelmsford City (2m) last July. Off best part of a year and caught the eye when third on hurdles debut for Olly Murphy over C&D 3 weeks ago. Sure to build on that so looks the one to beat.
Modest handicapper on Flat (stays 1½m) who shaped with encouragement when third on hurdles debut at Plumpton (2m) in April. Surpassed that form when third in handicap company at Southwell recently and that puts him bang there but isn't one for maximum faith (temperamental).
Australia gelding who showed plenty to work on when runner-up in a junior bumper at Ludlow on debut in November. Failed to reproduce that form in a Cheltenham listed event on New Year's Day but back on his game in calmer waters when third for new yard here in May. Of interest on hurdles bow.
Set a stiff task on debut in bumper at Newbury in March and eased in class fitted with a tongue tie, found only one too good both subsequent starts. That looks a good platform now hurdling.
£140,000 4-y-o, Berkshire mare. Runner-up sole start in Irish points and placed all 3 outings in bumpers, shaping like a stayer in the making. Didn't look straightforward on hurdles debut at Fontwell, though.

Forecasts
Trouville (8/11), Diamond White (13/2), Versatile (15/2), Faithful Guardian (8/1), Jorah D'alma (10/1), Show Your Hand (10/1), Do Wah Diddy (14/1), Hawk's Rock (22/1), Fine Fellow (40/1), Bacardi Blue (100/1), Luckonthemoor (300/1)
TROUVILLE possessed his share of ability on the Flat for this sort of level and having caught the eye when third on hurdles debut over C&D, he is expected to build on that. Versatile is the chief threat on form but he isn't straightforward, so hurdles debutants Show Your Hand and Faithful Guardian are feared most.
