Solanna³⁴

Age: 7| Weight: 9-7| J: Billy Loughnane| T: J Butler| OR: 68| D

11/4

Overcame pace bias when doubling tally for the year at Kempton (11f) in March and has continued in good heart since, runner-up at Yarmouth (1¼m) 5 weeks ago.

Form: 2-51432

(2)

Bizou¹⁸

Age: 4| Weight: 9-6| J: Taylor Fisher| T: J G Portman| OR: 67| D

10/1

Found a bit more improvement when narrowly following up her Windsor success at Wolverhampton but proved a let-down when bidding for the hat-trick at Goodwood 18 days ago.

Form: 0P-2116

(1)

Meet Me In Meraki⁹⁵

Age: 5| Weight: 9-2| J: Rossa Ryan| T: P D Evans| OR: 63| D

4/1

Free-going sort who was in a bit of a lull when last seen in March. Dipped below last winning mark now at least.

Form: 4-46787

(8)

Fast Steps^p²²

Age: 8| Weight: 9-1| J: Lewis Edmunds| T: B R Millman| OR: 62| D

6/1

A while since his last win but went close at Windsor on return and backed that up when third in a stronger race there next time. Headgear back on.

Form: 5947-33

(6)

Zambezi Magic^h¹⁹

Age: 9| Weight: 9-1| J: Charlie Tucker⁽⁷⁾| T: B J Llewellyn| OR: 62| CD

20/1

A 6-time C&D winner, latest in September. However, below par since, including both starts this season.

Form: 4175-75

(5)

Yokkell⁴⁵

Age: 7| Weight: 9-1| J: Joe Leavy| T: A Wintle| OR: 62

16/5

Yet to win for current yard but from her falling mark she caught the eye at Leicester the last twice. Could be ready to get back to winning ways.

Form: 087-635

(3)

Havana Tobouggaloo³⁴

Age: 4| Weight: 8-9| J: Callum Hutchinson| T: Zoe Hawkins| OR: 56

6/1

Maiden who went very close to making a successful debut for this yard at Bath on return, pulling clear with a subsequent winner. Bit disappointing at Yarmouth since, though.

Form: 7380-25

Forecasts

Solanna (11/4), Yokkell (16/5), Meet Me In Meraki (4/1), Fast Steps (6/1), Havana Tobouggaloo (6/1), Bizou (10/1), Zambezi Magic (20/1), Abando (25/1)

YOKKELL remains of firm interest returned to a more suitable trip and she's preferred to in-form pair Solanna and Fast Steps.
