Makes a first start on the Flat having shaped better than the beaten distance when sixth in a Sligo bumper on debut (did too much too soon), however, he's very much bred to be a jumper.
Smart hurdler at his best, he put an underwhelming all-weather run behind him when winning a minor event over hurdles in first-time cheekpieces (runner-up won next time) at Ballinrobe last month, and has good claims in a winnable Flat maiden.
Posted fairly useful efforts in defeat when runner-up in maidens at the Curragh/Bellewstown over the spring, the form of the latter now reading particularly well, and having won a maiden on hurdling debut at Ballinrobe last month, he's fancied to double up on return to the Flat.
Cheap purchase who makes Flat debut having shown little in 4 starts over hurdles.
Free-going sort, successful both starts in bumpers/won maiden hurdle at Leopardstown last December, he typically looked a tricky ride when well-held third in a Grade 2 novice at Fairyhouse in early-April but still rates an interesting contender on Flat debut.
Raa Atoll gelding. Dam unraced. Finished well beaten in a German Group 2 (2m) on debut (for Luke Comer) and it's hard to be confident on first run for Luke W. Comer, for all he has his sights lowered.
Left his debut form behind when runner-up in a Dundalk maiden (10.7f) on reappearance. Worth a go over the longer trip (in first-time cheekpieces) given that he's seemingly already outstaying his pedigree, and he deserves to be on the shortlist.
Berkshire mare. Dam, runner-up at 6f, half-sister to smart 6f winner Primo Valentino and useful 2-y-o 6f winner Dora Carrington. Makes some appeal on pedigree, but she's probably one for the longer term.
Ridden with an eye on the future on debut/sole start for Mrs J. Harrington and having showed improved form over a longer trip when a well-backed second at Roscommon (1½m) on her return, she's the type to keep progressing for excellent yard.

Forecasts
Duvessa (6/4), Joe Cool (11/4), Daddy Long Legs (10/3), Murat (15/2), Steel Cut (10/1), Counting Coup (25/1), Tears I Nevercried (33/1), Annacroft (66/1), Medadthebookie (80/1), Sea Celia's Star (80/1), Double Indian (100/1)
JOE COOL was only beaten by the improving Tim Toe on his latest Flat outing and is taken to follow up last month's win over hurdles. Daddy Long Legs looks worth another chance back on the Flat, while Duvessa should be in the mix with improvement expected. Murat is another to note on his first start on the level.
