Successful on second of 2 starts in all-weather maidens over the winter but she's essentially gone the wrong way upon returning in handicaps so far this season. Now tries the minimum trip for the first time with a tongue strap added.
Reached the frame in 3 sprint maidens at Dundalk this year. Not so good on last 2 starts, beaten when wandering 1f out when seventh of 9 back at Dundalk 24 days ago. Switch to handicaps in her favour now if first-time blinkers have desired effect.
Placed on 4 occasions in 5f maidens but absent since finishing last of 14 on handicap debut at Dundalk (6f) in December. Cheekpieces go on for return and likely the betting can prove a good guide.
Fair maiden who has become rather frustrating, not picking up quickly enough returned to the minimum trip when 3¼ lengths fourth of 10 to Cashel Blue in handicap at this C&D (good, 3/1) 21 days ago. Cheekpieces/tongue tie quickly refitted but a return to 6f may suit ideally.
Unable to land a blow in a trio of maidens/first start in handicaps but much improved minus any equipment when nailed close home by Cashel Blue over C&D 3 weeks ago. That gives him something to build on now and he's one to consider.
Continues to show little for current yard, the drop in grade failing to spark a revival when down the field at Fairyhouse (6f) last week.
Maiden who shaped better than the bare result on penultimate start but unable to build on that when fifth of 16 in handicap back at Fairyhouse (6f) last week. Again races from out of the weights and others look stronger.

Forecasts
Spirit Above (5/2), Cashel Blue (5/2), This Guy (7/2), Mini Cotai (4/1), Gonna Be Golden (5/1), Baby Basma (13/2), The Right One (9/1), The Love Machine (11/1), Aughlish (12/1)
CASHEL BLUE showed much-improved form when making a winning handicap debut over C&D 3 weeks ago, proving strong at the finish to overhaul the reopposing Spirit Above close home. Easily one of the least exposed, she could yet have more to offer and may well be capable of following up. Aforementioned Spirit Above clearly commands respect also, with Baby Basma not one to write off back on turf.
