Has returned a much-improved model this season, admittedly allowed an easy lead but looking better the further he went under hands and heels only when bolting up in 5-runner handicap at Musselburgh (2m). Drop to 13f against it at Hamilton so well worth another chance.

Fit from hurdling and ran his best race yet when runner-up to a subsequent winner at Hamilton last month. Sound third fitted with cheekpieces over 12.5f at Newcastle 17 days ago and he looks worth a go at this trip.
On a long losing run but placed on her last 4 starts, third of 12 in handicap at Pontefract in April in first-time cheekpieces latest. That race has thrown up winners and she's not ruled out back up in trip.
Twenty runs since last win in 2023 so clearly needs everything to drop right but a pair of in-frame efforts confirm he's returned in pretty good order.
Notched another 2 wins here in the autumn under this rider. Should remain competitive off this mark and reappearance will have blown the cobwebs away.
Sixteen runs since last win in 2024, which was gained over C&D. Failed to come on for reappearance when fourth of 6 in handicap at Haydock (2m, soft) 29 days ago and cheekpieces back on.
Off the mark over 2m at Newcastle in March. Rather in-and-out since on the all-weather and race wasn't run to suit back on turf in race won by Laravie latest.
Shaped like a stayer in 4 runs at up to 12.5f so far and this 3-y-o has a bigger performance in her now her stamina is drawn out. One to take seriously.

Forecasts
Laravie (2/1), La Tosca (10/3), Gallus Norman (7/2), Ned Broy (9/2), Billy No Mates (9/2), Aighear (15/2), Ebony Maw (12/1), Fleur De Mer (12/1), Angelardo (14/1)
Having made his second handicap start a winning one at Musselburgh, GALLUS NORMAN was unsuited by the drop to 13f at Hamilton 2 weeks ago. Back up in distance, he can confirm his mark to be a very fair one. Laravie is thriving and is a huge threat if taking up this engagement, with sole 3-y-o La Tosca a potential improver.
