Turf winner for Marcus Tregoning in 2024. Unable to make a significant impact for that yard last year but should be at peak fitness now and Jim Goldie will doubtless find the key to her. Back up in trip.

Fair form without winning for Jane Chapple-Hyam, placing twice over 7f at Chelmsford last summer. Has made a low-key start for current yard, though and now up markedly in distance.

Veteran who recorded a course hat-trick last spring and stepped up on his reappearance when third in handicap here (9f) last month. Rarely sparkles away from Ayr these days so he'll perhaps shrug aside a pair of lesser efforts elsewhere since.

Still a maiden but stepped up on reappearance run when third at Ripon (1¼m) in May. Too keen up in trip at Beverley next time but right back on his game returned to this trip when third at Pontefract 11 days ago despite being denied a clear run. Enters calculations.

Hamilton maiden winner in the autumn. Hasn't yet progressed in handicaps this year, weakening out of it upped to 1½m for the first time at Thirsk 2 weeks ago.

Confirmed that he's returned an improved performer when landing 7-runner handicap at Lingfield (9f, heavy) 2 weeks ago. Different conditions here but he's a major player up 3 lb.

Has tumbled down the weights and more positives to draw from last 2 starts, typically slowly away when fourth at Redcar 3 weeks ago.

C&D winner in July but ended last season out of sorts and yet to find her stride upon return in recent weeks.
