Landed a double over 1¼m at Pontefract last summer and he lines up here having run creditably when third in a 4-runner handicap over this trip back there 9 days ago (Something placed second). Remains 1 lb above last successful mark and others preferred for win purposes.

Low-mileage filly who was successful on second of 3 starts in novice company and best effort yet when second on handicap debut at Newcastle (12.5f) in November. Possibly unsuited by fast ground on reappearance at Haydock (10.5f) in April and better anticipated now back up in trip.
Notched up 4 wins in 2025 (at up to 13f) but she's essentially looked summed up by her handicap mark more recently, no extra last ½f when fifth of 6 at Nottingham (1¾m, good) 52 days ago. Steps back down in trip now.

Bagged a C&D handicap for second successive season in May and stepped up again when just unable to repel his odds-on stablemate (who won a competitive York handicap on Friday) at Pontefract (1½m) 9 days ago. Front-running style well suited to this venue and he should take some catching again.
Ended a losing run from a 6 lb higher mark at Chester (12.3f) 13 months ago and in better heart than form figures suggest towards the back end of last year on all-weather. Reappears for new yard back at a more suitable trip and interesting if supported in the betting down in class.
Lost his way for Eoin Doyle over hurdles in Ireland but resurgent for new yard, winning on return at Thirsk prior to finishing a good second over 2m here in May. Posted another solid effort when third over hurdles at Worcester (2½m, good to soft) latest and he's respected back on the level.

Having landed a C&D handicap for the second successive season in May, SOMETHING ran another solid race when runner up at Pontefract 9 days ago, just unable to repel a stablemate who has since won again at York. His style of racing is well served by the demands of this track and he could prove tough to catch if getting his own way in front. Winter Flower promises to be suited by the return to this trip and may emerge as the danger.
