Left debut form well behind when second in a Southwell maiden (1m) in January and easy to put a line through her well held reappearance third at Salisbury (1¼m, heavy) 8 days ago, finishing tired having gone off too hard upped in trip. Remains with potential.

2,000 gns foal, Ulysses filly. Dam, winner up to 1¼m (2-y-o 1m winner), half-sister to smart 7f-9.5f winner Third Dimension. Likely best watched on debut unless market vibes prove particularly strong.

Space Blues filly who hails from a staying family and she's not threatened in a pair of all-weather novice contests at up to this trip in recent weeks. Will have handicaps as an option after this and they promise to suit better.

Ulysses filly from a smart family who offered something to work on when fourth on debut at Lingfield (1m) in December. Reappearance sixth at Goodwood last month was disappointing with that in mind, yet she remains with potential moving forward, including over longer trips.

Sea The Moon filly who has run to a modest level in finishing fifth both starts in maiden/novice events over this trip in recent months. In good hands though, and handicaps promise to be more suitable on the back of this.

Ulysses filly who ran to a modest level in pair of maidens 5 months apart for Michael Bell, latterly when last of 5 at Ripon (1¼m) in April. Switched yards for 7,000 gns since and now sports a first-time tongue strap. Best watched.

9/4
Iffraaj filly who made the frame on first 3 starts in novice/maidens and produced best effort yet when finishing fifth at Nottingham (1m) 4 weeks ago. Blinkers reached for returned to maiden company and she's one to consider in an ordinary affair.

Forecasts

Ziata (9/4), Evening Fades (3/1), Lady Magu (7/2), Poor Relation (18/5), Blue Tulip (14/1), Miss Malone To You (18/1), Alikalu (25/1), Feelin' Free (28/1)

Verdict

ZIATA improved on her previous exploits when fifth on handicap debut at Nottingham (1m) 4 weeks ago and now upped in trip with first-time blinkers reached for, she could well be up to making it fifth time lucky back in maiden company. Poor Relation had excuses at Salisbury recently and is a player provided this doesn't come too soon. Evening Fades also remains with her best days ahead of her.
