Racing TV Amateur Jockeys' Handicap

Last win came in a similar event over C&D a year ago and he offered more than previously this season when held in third at Ripon last week. Got to be of interest after that, all the more so if rain comes.

Much improved the last twice, winning 6f handicaps at Ayr and Ripon, having to work much harder to justify short odds last time (carried head high but always holding on). Might not be the most straightforward but this looks another good opening under excellent amateur.

Consistent last year and successful twice over 7f. Bounced back to form on second run back this season when third at Redcar (6f) 3 weeks ago and that is pretty solid form for the grade. Not had much racing over sprint trips and one to consider.

Off the mark at Wolverhampton (7f) on final outing for Richard Fahey in September and posted solid placed efforts on 2 of his next 3 starts for present stable on all-weather. Did too much too soon after 5 months off at Lingfield (turf) 3 weeks ago and could fare better back in trip now.

Bounced back to form under a fine enterprising ride by this pilot in similar handicap at Redcar (6f) a fortnight ago, the only one to explore the far side and stealing just enough of a lead to cling on. Up just 2 lb but circumstances unlikely to be so favourable.

Long time without success and mixed form again this year. Was a C&D winner on debut but is a more solid proposition on all-weather.
