7-y-o who looked back in the sort of form which saw him placed in a Grade 1 hurdle when off the mark at third attempt over fences at Kilbeggan (2¾m) in April. Unable to concede a penalty to a useful prospect at Wexford (2m) since but he looks the one to beat with step back up in trip to suit.
