Veteran who tasted success over 6/7f last spring, including under Hollie Doyle. Returned to form when runner-up at Lingfield in January but has failed to back that up twice since.
Seventeen runs since last win in 2024. Step back in the right direction when second at Wolverhampton in February. Has had excuses when down the field on both outings since and a good run would come as no surprise.
Narrowly got the better of a thriving sort to open his account over C&D in first-time cheekpieces last month but the headgear failed to work as well when sixth back here since.
Showed ability in 2 starts here over the winter. Off 4 months, well held switched to turf at Ripon a fortnight ago but may fare better returned to all-weather for her handicap debut.
Three-time winner all-weather winner for Jane Chapple-Hyam in the first half of 2025. Has struggled for Thomas Faulkner and Craig Lidster since but dangerously well handicapped having rejoined the first-named stable.
All three outings over 7f at Newcastle. Hasn't build on his debut third so far but a switch to a low-grade handicap provides him with a much more realistic chance.
Ended his time for Thomas Faulkner with a good Wolverhampton second in March. Down the field for Ross Burdon twice since but was better than result (helped force a strong pace) over 6f at Leicester latterly. Not discounted at a venue where he's tasted success before.
Remains a maiden after 22 starts. 50/1, tenth of 11 in classified event at Wolverhampton (6f) 58 days ago. Tough to make a good case for on recent efforts.
Without a win in 32 starts and remains easily opposable.

Forecasts
Adelaide Bay (5/4), Fort Augustus (7/2), Just King High (9/2), Amaysmont (5/1), Nubough (16/1), Billyjoegold (25/1), My Mate Beattie (33/1), Highfield Jewel (40/1), Lil Wade (100/1)
If ADELAIDE BAY is still capable of the form he showed in his first stint with Jane Chapple-Hyam he should take a bit of stopping. Amaysmont has had excuses since his Wolverhampton second in February and can bounce back to form and provide the chief threat ahead of Just King High.
