Age: 7|  Weight: 9-9| J: Billy Loughnane| T: Ian Williams| OR:  70| BF
In fine form this year, winning 3 times, the latest over 1m at Bath (good) in April. Posted another good effort when fourth of 14 at Nottingham (1¼m, good to soft) a fortnight later and his latest Thirsk run can be forgiven on account of him meeting trouble.

Resumed winning ways at Kempton (11f) in March and creditable efforts since, latterly when third back on turf at Nottingham. Likely to give her running again. One of 2 for John Butler.

Course winner who registering his first all-weather success at Lingfield in January. Might have needed the outing when only ninth of 14 at Nottingham 3 months later and could fare better now.

Goldie Tricketth25
Age: 4|  Weight: 9-2| J: S De Sousa| T: Jane Chapple-Hyam| OR:  63
Modest form in 4 runs for William Haggas last season but better signs for new yard when third of 10 in 1m Southwell handicap on reappearance 25 days ago. Could build on that now up in trip.

Special Breeze21
Age: 4|  Weight: 9-0| J: K T O'Neill| T: Mrs P Sly| OR:  61
Fair maiden but no significant impact in 2 handicaps this year and seemingly needs more respite from the handicapper.

Jack Sparoweb119
Age: 7|  Weight: 9-0| J: L Morris| T: J Butler| OR:  61
Has built up a long losing run but there have been some recent glimmers of promise, including latest fourth of 12 at Newcastle (1¼m) in refitted cheekpieces. First-time blinkers go on now.

Urban Warrior128
Age: 4|  Weight: 8-11| J: Jack Doughty| T: S C Williams| OR:  58
First real sign of promise when fourth of 10 on 1¾m Wolverhampton handicap debut in January. Off since. Drops significantly in trip now with the hood he wore at Wolverhampton left off. Unexposed.

Forecasts

King's Hand (2/1), Goldie Trickett (9/4), Solanna (3/1), Law Supreme (5/1), Urban Warrior (7/1), Jack Sparowe (7/1), Dream Pirate (10/1), Special Breeze (10/1)

Verdict

GOLDIE TRICKETT is given a chance to build on a quite encouraging first run for Jane Chapple-Hyam at Southwell last month. Second choice is Law Supreme, who had an excuse for a below-par effort last time and has been successful on the last 3 occasions he's been partnered by Billy Loughnane. Solanna may prove best of the remainder.
