Mental Health Awareness Week Handicap Hurdle (Div 2)

Won 2m maiden hurdle at Worcester in September and plenty of good efforts since, including back from 4 months off under 10-lb conditional (Sean Bowen back on now) behind stablemate at Ffos Las. One to consider.

Dual hurdles winner ran better than for a while when second from a falling mark at Newcastle (17f) 5 weeks ago. Winner there has followed up and he's a player if in the same form.

Useful Flat winner in France and has made a fine start over hurdles, scoring at Carlisle (17f) and chasing home a thriving winner at Kelso (21f) 6 weeks ago (might have scored himself but for a late wobble). Drop back in trip will suit and leading claims fitted with headgear.

Still to win a race despite regularly being sent off at shortish odds for previous yards, jumping poorly in first-time cheekpieces in Bangor handicap chase 8 weeks ago. Headgear left off now making handicap hurdle debut for another new trainer and probably best watched.

Capitalised on a falling mark as he took 17f Sedgefield handicap hurdle last month. Another good effort back on the level at Beverley since and not dismissed.

Runner-up on second of 2 starts in bumpers and shaped better than the distance beaten suggests on third run over hurdles at Wetherby (2m) 7 weeks ago, his inability to settle essentially costing him a place. Makes handicap debut.

Settled much better than previously on second outing following a breathing operation when failing by a short head in 17f Carlisle handicap hurdle in March. Not so good back on the level in useful Musselburgh handicap since.

Found some form for the refitting of blinkers last season, finishing runner-up in back-to-back handicaps at Cartmel and shaping well in stronger race over C&D in November. Not so good at Wetherby on Boxing Day and might need this.
