Way Of The Will²⁶⁹

Age: 4| Weight: 10-0| J: O McSweeney| T: R A Fahey

22/1

Showed some promise when fourth on debut in a Redcar novice (7f) in July but went backwards from that (still green) when eighth of 9 in similar company at Doncaster a month later. Probably one for low-grade handicaps after this.

Crown Of Dreams²²

Age: 3| Weight: 9-2| J: Jason Hart| T: I Furtado

9/1

Dream Ahead filly out of a 7f winner who hinted ability when finishing mid-field in 12-runner Newcastle maiden (1m) 3 weeks ago. Rates a likely improver with that under her belt but probably one for later on.

Form: 6

Longevity¹⁸⁷

Age: 3| Weight: 9-2| J: Rowan Scott| T: N Tinkler

66/1

Well held in pair of back-end maidens last season and she will make little appeal this side of handicaps.

Form: 76-

Lovers Leap^p²⁷

Age: 3| Weight: 9-2| J: S De Sousa| T: Jane Chapple-Hyam| OR: 71

2/13

Just fair form in Wolverhampton maiden/Newbury novice last season and similar display equipped with cheekpieces when third in 9-runner maiden here (8.5f) 4 weeks ago. Pedigree an ongoing recommendation and she may provide chief resistance to Food For Thought.

Form: 46-3

(2)

Talking In Kode²⁴

Age: 3| Weight: 9-2| J: O J Orr| T: E Bethell

9/1

Green and didn't offer much in 7f maidens at Catterick/Thirsk last month.

Form: 70

Forecasts

Lovers Leap (2/13), Food For Thought (5/6), Talking In Kode (9/1), Crown Of Dreams (9/1), Way Of The Will (22/1), Longevity (66/1)

FOOD FOR THOUGHT found only one who has since been placed at listed level too strong at Yarmouth in October and this looks a good opportunity for Ralph Beckett's filly with further progress anticipated as a 3-y-o. Lovers Leap can provide the chief threat.
