Lilley Plummer Risks City & Suburban Handicap (GBBPlus Race)

Well bred and took a big step forward when adding another win to his tally on handicap debut at Hamilton last summer. Matched that form when third to subsequent Group 1 winner Cicero's Gift in listed race at Sandown but disappointed at Leopardstown final start. Bred to stay but can be keen.

Won 3 times last season, including at Lingfield in December off 1 lb lower. Excuses all 3 starts on the all-weather this year and not taken lightly on return to turf.

Back to form with a bang when scoring twice on all-weather in December. Just as good when placed 3 times this year, including back on turf at Pontefract last week. Headgear on.

Has resumed in top form, stepping up on return when narrow winner at Newbury 10 days ago, just holding off the well-backed favourite. Good second in this last year off similar mark.

Holding form but at the same time proving rather expensive to follow in 5 starts since joining this yard, again finding one too good at Thirsk on return.

Most progressive since fitted with blinkers last summer, winning back-to-back at Sandown by wide margins. Acquitted himself well when third off revised mark back at that venue before stamina stretched final start. Much respected back down in trip on return with yard well forward.
