Runner-up sole point start and left previous form in this sphere behind when striking on handicap bow at Catterick on New Year's Day. Firmly back on track when second in a higher grade at Musselburgh (2½m, good) last time and he's one to take very seriously.
Versatile performer in Ireland for Kevin Michael Smith and bettered his uninspiring debut display for this yard when third in a 5-runner Exeter handicap (17f, good) recently. However, there wasn't enough in that effort to suggest that he'll prove equal to this task.
Capitalised on his falling mark when landing a 6-runner handicap at Huntingdon (19.6f, good to soft) last month, eased final 100 yds. Remains on a competitive mark up 6 lb and he's not without each-way hope.
Improved when fourth of 11 in 21f novice at Wincanton in January. No great surprise that she struggled in a first-time tongue strap (discarded here) when making her handicap debut in a Newbury Grade 2 but, while this a more realistic assignment, others look stronger all the same. Hood applied.
Completed hat-trick of 2½m Worcester handicap wins in September and continued excellent start for this yard when cashing in on a slightly lower chase mark at Market Rasen on Boxing Day. 3m on soft ground amounted to too much of a test at Huntingdon last time and better expected now back hurdling.
Offered some encouragement in his qualifying runs but improvement has not been forthcoming switched to handicaps the last twice.
Made a low-key start in handicaps and while there were better signs at Ludlow and Windsor during the winter, it's hard to warm to this 6-y-o following a very poor performance back from a 2-month break at Taunton.
Long-standing maiden but on a handy mark on the pick of his form and has finished in the money both starts since returning from a break, latterly finishing a clear second to an in-form rival at Stratford (2m, good to soft). Should make his presence felt here, too.
Modest 3-time winner on Flat for Richard Hannon (stays 1½m) but yet to trouble the judge in this sphere and hopes now pinned on the addition of blinkers (won on the level in this headgear) working the oracle.

KILLYCARN put in a solid shift when runner-up in a Class 2 Musselburgh handicap last month and he will have every chance if able to build on that here. In-form mare Inion Tiogair is greatly respected, while Can't Resist It is worth a second look on his handicap bow and cases can also be made for Orange Diamond, longstanding maiden Pottersjetamay and Snapius.
