Bumper/dual 2m hurdles winner who made a good start over fences at Aintree in October before losing his way over the larger obstacles. Fared no better back hurdling latest and his hopes are pinned on new headgear (blinkers for cheekpieces) sparking a revival.
Very useful in his prime but at the veteran stage now and recent efforts haven't been obviously encouraging, despite attracting market support last time. Refitted cheekpieces rejoin his regular tongue tie.
Irish point winner last spring. Fair form when second in maiden/novice hurdles over 2½m towards the end of 2025. Found have to bled when pulled up at Newcastle in January. Off for 98 days ahead of handicap debut from a mark which demands improvement.
Bumper/dual hurdle winner but absent since finishing well held in a 2m Cheltenham handicap in November 2024. Betting is perhaps the best guide to expectations after such a long absence.
Opened her account in C&D maiden last May. Lightly raced since and not disgraced when third of 5 in novice hurdle at Ayr (20.5f, heavy) in January. Likely to be competitive back in a handicap.
Below par since winning a valuable contest at the Punchestown Festival last April, although he might have needed a recent outing at Kelso after 8 months off.
Successful 3 times over fences at up to 3m last term, including here. Failed to fire on first 4 outings this season but step back in right direction when second of 10 in 2½m Southwell handicap last month. Player if he can build on that.
Retuned to win handicaps at Stratford (19f. good to soft) and Uttoxeter (2m, soft) in the autumn. Last month's second back at Stratford shows he's still very much at the top of his game. Should go well.
Creditable third at Lingfield (19.5f, soft) in January but has pulled up on both starts either side. Hard to be confident about but leading stable has won this race twice in recent years.

SOLDIER'S LEAP's latest Stratford second was a career best and he's taken to build on that and strike for Tom Ellis. So Many Roads was fourth in a competitive race at Hexham last time and could go well again. Olly Murphy's good recent record in this also earns Heard That and Karton Plein a place on the shortlist.
