€37,000 Inns of Court colt who showed plenty of ability when going down only narrowly in 5-runner novice on debut at Nottingham (5f) 2 weeks ago. Looks sure to improve.
Foaled April 8. £42,000 yearling, Persian Force colt. Half-brother to Italian 2-y-o 1m winner King of Fire. Dam, of little account, out of Italian Group 3 winner over 7f Gothic Dance. Noteworthy newcomer.
Havana Grey filly who is bred to be speedy and showed plenty of that attribute when third on debut in Nottingham novice 2 weeks ago (Final Appeal placed second). Entitled to build on that.
Bred for longer trips but did at least show a bit more than on debut when fifth in a C&D maiden 11 days ago. Cheekpieces now reached for.
Foaled February 13. £30,000 yearling, Minzaal filly. Dam 1¼m winner who stayed 1½m out of maiden sister to high-class Hong Kong performer up to 1¼m Dan Excel. Market can prove a useful guide.

Forecasts
Final Appeal (8/11), Blackberry Bold (9/4), Noble Raider (6/1), Marralyn (10/1), Magical Life (150/1)
FINAL APPEAL showed plenty to work on when going down only narrowly at Nottingham 2 weeks ago and, very much the type to improve for that initial experience, he's fancied to make a bold bid second time up. Noble Raider is an interesting newcomer however, and confidence behind him in the betting would need to be viewed positively. Blackberry Bold finished just behind the selection at Nottingham and is also considered.
