Dual winner over sprint trips in Ireland last spring and best effort for present yard when runner-up over 6f at Lingfield in January. Has failed to fire the last twice but perhaps the switch back to turf will help facilitate a return to form.

Three-time winner over 7f at Kempton and, though yet to strike on turf, he performed well when placed in handicaps at Ffos Las and Windsor with cheekpieces enlisted in August/September. Below par final start of 2025, though, and may prove vulnerable back from a 6-month break.

Topped off a remarkable winter when recording his ninth win of the campaign at Newcastle (6f) last month, proving gutsy to make all in the face of a strong headwind. 2 lb nudge no great hardship and will be a danger to all if able to continue the good work back on turf.

On the back of a creditable fourth in a big-field York handicap he got his head back in front when edging home in a 6f contest at Ripon last summer. Respectable efforts in a couple of spins on the all-weather since returning to action and he's in with an each-way shout.

Sole career win came in 6f Wolverhampton novice last June and placed a couple of times in turf handicaps later in 2025, including over C&D during the autumn. Further rain wouldn't be an issue and will be a threat if he proves more tractable than on his reappearance at Southwell in February.

Maiden winner at Windsor last season prior to making frame in 2 Kempton handicaps. Left Richard Hannon for 25,000 gns and stepped up on low-key reappearance (too keen) when sixth of 15 at Thirsk (6f, good to soft) recently. Place possibilities.

Has so far failed to live up to his attractive pedigree and was never in the hunt starting out for new connections on his seasonal reappearance at Southwell 19 days ago.

Returned to form when first past the post (demoted) over C&D in September. However, form tailed off later that season and he failed to land a blow on his recent return to action at Thirsk.

Blinkered for the first time when winning a 9-runner Newcastle handicap (6f) in November. Failed to back that up on return from a break with first-time cheekpieces (retained here) replacing the blinkers at Southwell and he's 0-10 on turf.

All-weather winner in January 2025 but hasn't made much of an impact in 3 runs since the turn of the year. Has undergone a breathing operation since latest start.

Yet to make a significant impact in handicaps and signed off 2025 with a disappointing run on ground that ought to have suited at Nottingham in October. Tried in a visor (retained) for return/all-weather debut at Southwell and he again misfired.

It could be worth siding with NO RETURN, who is now 5 lb lower than when finishing second at Lingfield in January and while he's barely beaten a rival home in 3 subsequent starts, he was a winner of 2 of his final 3 runs on turf last year. Azure Zain and Great may emerge as the main dangers, while Yorkshire Glory is bound to be popular following his all-weather exploits in recent months and he has to enter calculations, too.
