Free-going Ghaiyyath gelding showed improved form when going close on handicap debut at Chelmsford in March but awkward start when beating only one at Southwell (1m) since. Worth another chance on turf debut.
Much improved since sent handicapping/fitted with a visor, registering comfortable victories at Wolverhampton/Newcastle prior to creditable third placings over 1m at Kempton and Southwell since.
Space Blues filly who built on debut promise when landing 8-runner novice at Southwell (7f) in September. Off since but yard is among the winners so not out of things on her handicap debut.
Improved for the step up to 1m when landing Leicester maiden in October. Took another step forward when third on her handicap bow at Newmarket (9f) following month. May do better still in 2026.
Showcasing gelding ended 2025 on the up with a pair of 1m/7f nursery wins at Kempton in October. Up another 4 lb but still weighted to go well on his seasonal return.
A fair maiden at 2yrs for Owen Burrows. Gelded/off 6 months before coming in last of 12 for his new yard in 7f Doncaster novice 19 days ago.
Steadily progressive and comes here on the back of a good fourth of 5 in novice at Wolverhampton (7f) 31 days ago. Has more to offer now handicapping back up in trip.
Gelded/off 7 months before taking a step forward on his handicap debut when second of 9 at Kempton (1m) 23 days ago. Looks capable of better still and he's a player nudged up 1lb.
Twice a runner-up in all-weather novices at Lingfield but went too freely on his first go in handicap company when fifth of 6 there later in January. Hood fitted now and could bounce back.
Debut fourth in 7f maiden at Sandown last July but he failed to kick on, a one-paced fourth of 6 in 1m Kempton nursery in October. More is needed on his reappearance.
Encouraging debut third in 7f Salisbury novice in October but she beat just one rival in a pair of 7f novices at Kempton and Chelmsford subsequently. Handicap debutante.

Forecasts
Armstrong (10/3), Crafty Blue (9/2), Foothold (11/2), Chapman's Peak (15/2), Silver State (8/1), Trio (17/2), Glasgow Kiss (10/1), Tewkesbury (12/1), Grand Pier (12/1), Atalanta Mist (28/1), Halla Bil Zain (33/1)
CHAPMAN'S PEAK starts 2026 on a good mark and is fancied to return in style and complete a hat-trick at the chief expense of George Boughey's progressive Armstrong. Both Glasgow Kiss and Crafty Blue look to have better days ahead of them too and also need factoring into this competitive handicap.
