Ran his most encouraging race since 3-y-o days when second of 9 at Lingfield in January. Has failed to back that up in 2 starts since, though, and first-time cheekpieces need to have a positive effect.

Placed 4 times in 2025 and probably needed the run when last of 16 on return. Should fare better with that outing under his belt, though it's worth noting that all his wins have come on a soft/heavy surface.

Hasn't won since his 2-y-o days but has been in good form of late and shaped a bit better than the result when 2 lengths third of 9 to Sailthisshipalone at Pontefract last time (caught further back than ideal and had to weave way through). Should give another good account.

Consistent gelding, who posted another solid effort when 1¾ lengths third of 15 to Melvin Udall in handicap at Doncaster (7f, good to soft) 15 days ago. Yard in form and a reproduction of his latest effort will see him go close.

Dual Lingfield winner in 2025 who has struggled in 3 starts this year, but he is back on his last winning mark and, with the yard going well, is respected on this return to turf.

Doubled his tally dropped into claiming company at Leicester back in October. Shaped as if better for the run on stable debut/return last time, but will need to be at his very best to figure.

Won at Doncaster off this mark in 2023 but has been largely disappointing since. Leap of faith required.
