Tiptop Riders Restroom Handicap Chase (GBB Race)

Maiden hurdle winner in Ireland who capitalised on a falling mark and the run of the race when opening his account over fences at Market Rasen last season. Shaped as if needing the run back from 10 months off at Southwell but went backwards at Bangor next time.

Maiden winner over hurdles and bettered that form when second at Uttoxeter on handicap/chase debut on return in October. However, pulled up both starts since 4 months apart, having a third breathing operation prior to last run.

Signed off last spring with 2m wins at Newbury and this track. Shaped as if in needing the run both starts this season 4 months apart and better expected now, especially having dipped below last winning mark.

Off the mark at fifth attempt over hurdles in maiden at Newton Abbot last summer for the Twiston-Davies yard and shaped much better than distance beaten suggests on chase/yard debut at Doncaster after 5 months off, showing plenty of aptitude until getting tired. Can build on that back down in trip.

Enhanced good strike rate over fences at Wetherby in November. Reported to have bled later that month but back on track after 4 months off when second at Kempton 19 days ago, shaping as if still on a good mark. Drop back in trip is slight concern, though this is easier.

Showed a game attitude to get off the mark at Ffos Las in February and didn't take long for him to add to that tally at Bangor 3 weeks ago. May prove vulnerable up 4 lb in better race, though.
