With Ethan Tindall on board, off the mark at Wolverhampton in October and followed up in straightforward style at the same course 2 weeks later. Bred to be useful so he's capable of a bold bid for the hat-trick if ready to go on return.

Improved when opening his account in cosy fashion at Newcastle in September, before left poorly placed when third there next time. After 5 months off, shaped as if better for the run when seventh of 11 there in March and he could still have more to offer.

It's now twenty-one runs since his sole victory back in 2023 and, in first-time visor, ran poorly when tenth of 11 at Newcastle in January. Cheekpieces now return and has had a breathing operation.

Doubled his career tally at Southwell (6f) in November for Katie Scott. Has been finding his feet in 3 starts for current yard, stretched by the step up to 1m when third of 8 at Wolverhampton 6 days ago. Merits consideration from a handy mark.

C&D winner who shaped well when fourth of 10 at Catterick last summer. Down the field remaining 3 starts of the campaign, but he's been given a chance by the handicapper ahead of first run since leaving Richard Fahey. Interesting with cheekpieces on first time.

Finally off the mark at Southwell in January and also successful at Newcastle the following month. Shaped as if still in good form when fifth of 11 at Newcastle last month, though for the second time in 3 starts he failed to see his race out.

Won twice at Beverley last summer and placed on 2 occasions later in the year, including over C&D in September. Met trouble in running at Redcar on final outing in November but has needed his first run back the last 2 seasons.

Successful over C&D last summer and has done better with each of his 4 outings this year, only narrowly denied when second of 10 at Wolverhampton 24 days ago.

Shaped well when fourth at Newcastle (7f) on penultimate start and found the drop back to sprinting against him when filling the same spot back there last time. One to note from 3 lb below last winning mark.

Made a winning reappearance at Catterick a year ago and better than ever when also making all at Redcar in September on final start of the season. Likely to face competition for the lead in this contest, though.

Came closer than ever to breaking his duck when beaten a short head at Wolverhampton in February. Has gone backwards from that effort in 3 starts since, though. Blinkers/tongue strap reapplied on first run since leaving Stuart Williams.

Regular on all-weather (has a lower mark back on turf) and made the frame twice at Southwell during the winter. However, below form on his last 3 starts and there looks to be other pace angles in this race.

Won twice for this yard last year before finishing down the field in only 2 starts for Ian McInnes, though did have possible excuses on both occasions. Remains 5 lb above last winning mark having rejoined Ruth Carr ahead of return.

Well held in 2 maidens in Ireland last year and fared no better on first run since leaving Miss Natalia Lupini when last of 5 in novice at Newcastle in February. Has work to do on handicap debut, but he's worth a market check with yard going well.

Much improved when gaining a first success at Southwell in September. Unlucky not to follow up at Newcastle later the same month but ended the year with a lesser effort back at Southwell. Needs to transfer his all-weather form to turf on his return.

Solid record in classified events, successful at Newcastle on first outing in March. Runner-up next 2 starts, before meeting trouble in running at the same course last time. Effective on turf but needs things to drop right given his hold up style.

Preference is for REIDH who could be ready to take advantage of his career-low mark on first run for Adam Kirby, who has made a promising start to his training career. Orbital Chime isn't long with a yard which does well with new recruits and heads the list of dangers, while Ey Up He's A Star and Jkr Cobbler also enter calculations.
