C&D winner who was successful twice during 2024/25, including from a 5 lb higher mark at Catterick. Not kicked on in this sphere subsequently though, and merely ticking over on the Flat in recent months.

Sole hurdles success came at Carlisle in October 2024 but he's not been disgraced in recent months, finding the return to a speed-favouring test barely enough of a test when fourth over here 2 weeks ago. This rates more suitable from further reduced mark.

Doubled his tally on Flat at Southwell in January and continued good work over hurdles last month, supplementing his breakthrough victory over here when cosily following up over C&D 2 weeks ago, by 7½ lengths from Laddie Cooper Mia. 10 lb higher now but big shout again.

Made no impact in maiden/novice hurdles and fitting of cheekpieces/switch to handicaps failed to bring about any improvement when sixth in a C&D event 3 weeks ago. Too soon to be writing him off but would need to see market support.

Opened his account at Perth (2½m) in July and made a successful debut over C&D on Boxing Day. However, ran poorly when pulled up at Newcastle 39 days ago and bounce back called for.

Down the field in bumpers and has fared little better over hurdles, failing to come on for his reappearance/handicap debut when well held eighth over C&D in November. Cheekpieces now reached for following a break.

On a losing sequence but he posted a good third of 15 in handicap hurdle over extended 2½m at Newcastle 18 days ago. Up to playing his part from present mark if arriving in same form.

Long-standing maiden over hurdles who has offered little either start over hurdles 4 months apart for present stable.

Made promising return at this course in November and posted best effort since when chasing home Cosmic Soul over C&D 2 weeks ago, albeit doing a fair bit wrong once hitting the front. Possible she needs delivering as late as possible but she's capable of defying this basement mark.

Well held only start in bumpers and similar story in trio of soft ground maiden hurdles at around 2m upon returning this winter. Better ground may help now handicapping up in trip and she's one to monitor in the betting for positive vibes.

Long-standing maiden though did shape as though he may sharpen up following a 12-week break when fifth behind Cosmic Soul over C&D 2 weeks ago. Each-way possibilities despite operating from out of the weights.

Having resumed winning ways on the Flat at Southwell in January, COSMIC SOUL has continued the good work over hurdles more recently, running out a good winner over C&D 2 weeks ago. He's 10 lb higher in his bid to complete a hurdles hat-trick but may be up to it with his yard continuing in form. Laddie Cooper Mia finished runner-up behind the selection latest and ought to be thereabouts again. Knacker Trapper and Byron Hill also make each-way appeal.
