Strong in the betting and shaped well when third at Hereford in similar event on debut, form which has since been franked by the multiple-winning runner-up. He looked set to build on that until the steering went awry at Taunton last time and looks likely to be in the mix again here.

Thrice-raced maiden who showed barely modest form when fourth of 10 in bumper at Hereford (2m. soft) 28 days ago. Needs to show more for the switch to hurdling to figure here.

Plenty of promise when runner-up both starts to date, with his debut form proving particularly strong given the winner and third scored next time. He shaped as if ideally in need of further on latest outing but can prove good enough to get off the mark at 2m in this company.
