Social Packs For The Easter Festival Handicap Hurdle

Just 1 win from 26 NH runs and was below form when sixth of 12 in handicap hurdle at Down Royal (2m1f) in November. This longer trip could see him in a better light, though.

Hails from family yard know well (half-brother to smart hurdler/useful chase winner Maxxum) and has improved with each start thus far, latest when winning 14-runner novice hurdle (6/1) at Thurles (2m4f, heavy) 42 days ago. Switches to handicaps now and remains open to improvement.

Got off the mark at Limerick (3m) in October and advanced his form when third of 16 in handicap hurdle over same C&D in December. Disappointed at Punchestown since but must enter calculations here.

Yet to fire this term and addition of cheekpieces had little effect at Fairyhouse last time.

Showed a good attitude to make a winning stable debut at Punchestown (3m1f) last month and may have found race coming too soon when fifth in Naas handicap 4 days later. Not out of things.

No real impact in a trio of starts since winning at Clonmel in November. Something to prove at present.

Made winning chase debut at Thurles in January before falling early on at same course earlier this month. Back hurdling here and warrants respect off a workable mark.

C&D winner who built on reappearance effort when very good second of 10 in handicap hurdle at Leopardstown (24f, soft) 16 days ago. Cheekpieces on first time. Likely contender.

Ready winner of novice hurdle at Clonmel (2m) in December. Disappointed on handicap bow at Naas since but is bred to appreciate this longer trip.

Out of sorts over fences this term and is hard to recommend on switch to smaller obstacles here.
