Good record in handicap hurdles, winning 3 of his 5 completed starts in such races, including over 25f here last month. Solid second in defeat back here last week, pulling clear of the rest, and will be a danger to all off the same mark if his jumping passes the test now switched to fences.
Solid record over fences, winning 4 times and placed on 3 occasions from 14 starts in this sphere. Latest success came at Wincanton (25f, soft) off 2 lb lower in December 2024 and returned to form with a near-miss over the same C&D recently. Has won here in the past and he's a big player.
Patchy record on British soil and while he posted one of his better efforts when third of 7 at Southwell in November, that was followed with a poor display at Fontwell. First-time cheekpieces and tongue strap enlisted here.
Opened his account at Newton Abbot last summer and back in excellent form of late in recent months, runner-up at Windsor and Hereford prior to another creditable effort in defeat when third at Ffos Las. Should make his presence felt.
Veteran who won at Windsor in November, narrowly seeing off the re-opposing Illogical Logic, but hasn't managed to back that up in 3 subsequent starts.
Multiple point winner in 2024 and belatedly opened Rules account when landing a Huntingdon handicap chase in first-time cheekpieces at the start of the month. 5 lb rise tolerable but whether the headgear will work so well second time round remains to be seen.
Wide-margin winner of a match at Fakenham last spring (form borderline worthless) and made a promising return there in October, in the process of running her most solid race so far when coming to grief at the last. Been off again since.

Forecasts
Ferret Jeeter (10/11), West Orchard (5/1), Illogical Logic (11/2), Imperial Pride (10/1), Inedit De Mee (10/1), School For Scandal (11/1), Ballygelly (22/1)
FERRET JEETER found only another in-form rival too strong when bidding for a fourth win over hurdles here last week and he will take some stopping off the same mark, granted a clean round of jumping on this chase debut. West Orchard has scored twice over these fences and looks the danger following a near-miss at Wincanton.
