Low-mileage 4-y-o who had looked promising for the Gosden's stable and did nothing to alter that after 10 months off when making a winning start for new connections at Lingfield (7f) 25 days ago. Opening mark doesn't look insurmountable and he's of firm interest.

Won at Kempton in October from out of the blue but has not replicated that in handful of runs since, well below best at Newcastle latest. Needs to bounce back.

On a long losing run and despite operating from favourable terms down in class he was again below form when third in a 1m seller here 9 days ago. Tackles 7f for first time since his debut success as a 2-y-o.

Won a maiden by a wide margin at Newcastle (1m) in December and placed both subsequent runs, shaping better than bare result having refused to settle when third of 8 on handicap debut at that C&D 3 weeks ago. Appeals as being on a workable mark and of interest on first crack at 7f.

Steadily progressive sort who took his form up a notch in a change of headgear when decisively off the mark in an 8-runner C&D handicap 9 days ago. Well positioned then but his consistency is impossible to knock. Respected for all this is tougher.

Very best efforts have come at this trip and he found combination of well-run race/first-time visor bringing out the best of him when ending a losing run in handicap at Wolverhampton (7.1f) 8 days ago, just holding on. Nudged up just 2 lb but this demands more.

INSPIRED shaped better than the bare result when third on handicap debut at Newcastle 3 weeks ago, his early keenness telling at the business end. However, that effort highlighted he's on a good mark and he may be up to proving as much down to 7f. Elements of Fire looks a good acquisition for the Archie Watson stable and he's an obvious danger. The steadily progressive Captain Parma also makes appeal.
