Successful only start in Irish points and proved game when making a winning Rules/hurdles debut at Market Rasen (20.6f) in October. Found out under a penalty on both starts since but has been freshened up ahead of his handicap debut.
Showed improved to get off the mark fitted with cheekpieces in a Wincanton handicap chase (25.1f) in April 2024. Would have finished a clear second had he not fallen 2 out on 2024/25 reappearance only start since. One to watch in the betting back over hurdles on first run since leaving Tom George.
Improved to land a pair of 3m handicaps at Perth in the autumn, just holding on in 9-runner event on latter occasion. Paid the price for making her effort earlier than ideal in a stronger race at Ascot in November and has since had a break.
Progressive mare who registered a fourth career win (all on ground good or better) at Catterick in November. Has shaped as if still in good form since, including in a 0-140 over C&D latest, and warrants obvious respect back down in grade.
Proved a different proposition when making a successful handicap debut at Wetherby (24.1f, heavy) in February. Said to have made a noise when pulling up at Market Rasen on return and has since had a breathing operation. First-time cheekpieces also go on.
Successful 3 times over fences at up to 3m in 2024/25 but poor efforts all 3 outings this season, including in first-time cheekpieces latest. Reverts to hurdling now.
Runner-up in an Irish point and showed promise when third in an Ayr bumper in March. Decent start in this sphere at Sedgefield/Newcastle but was beaten by more than the 5f longer trip (had breathing problem) in first-time cheekpieces and tongue strap at Catterick latest. Since had breathing op.
Irish point winner who opened her Rules account in 2½m Worcester novice last spring. Made it back-to-back good seconds behind an improving rival at Aintree on Boxing Day but disappointed for no obvious reason at Ludlow last month. Bounce back required.
Ran up to his best when placed 3 times during the summer but has gone off the boil since falling at Sedgefield in September. Enough to prove.

Forecasts
Hard Dealt (7/4), Heather Honey (5/2), Daly Boy (17/2), Outer Banks (17/2), Spitalfield (10/1), Inflexible (12/1), Freshers Week (16/1), Spit Spot (18/1), Heard That (22/1)
HEATHER HONEY is a likeable type and appeals as the most solid option back down in grade having run creditably in a 0-140 over C&D on her most recent outing. Inflexible is one to watch in the betting reverting to hurdling for a new stable after a lay-off, while Hard Dealt can pose a big threat if casting aside a lesser effort at Ludlow last time.
