Likeable 8-y-o at the very top of his game at present, backing up a win over 1m at Kempton earlier this month with a close second over 7f there on Wednesday, proving his tactical versatility under a more patient ride. Sure to give another good account providing he doesn't find it coming too soon.
Has shaped very well on his last 2 starts, again meeting trouble when fourth of 9 at Newcastle in January on return from 3 months off. Partnered by a good-value apprentice here and looks ready to strike.
Notably solid record on AW prior to forgivable run at the end of a busy 2025. Won on his seasonal reappearance last season but returns 10 lb higher than for his only handicap success.
Better than ever this winter, winning at Southwell on Boxing Day and backing that up with a pair of in-frame efforts this year, though his current mark leaves little room for error.
Lightly raced in recent years and shaped with little promise on reappearance/stable debut at Southwell last month.
Has run well in 2 recent starts over 7f here, doing well to finish second having been caught further back than ideal last time. Worth another go over 1m but this is more competitive and he needs plenty to fall right given his run style.
Most progressive this year before possibly finding a busy spell catching up with him when third in hat-trick bid at Wolverhampton 24 days ago. Could bag an easy lead from a useful draw and not ruled out having been given more of a break.
Won with something to spare on stable debut at Chelmsford (11/2) last month but wasn't in same form having been slowly away at Southwell a week ago. Takes a marked step up in grade.
Looked an improved model for the yard when landing back-to-back victories last month before finding the lack of a true gallop against him at Kempton last time. He's worth another chance for all this isn't certain to play to his strengths.
Produced a career best in first-time blinkers when beaten a head by a subsequent winner over C&D in December but proved too free at Wolverhampton later that month. Will enjoy plenty of cover from inside berth and could be a danger if settling better.

Apiarist (9/4), Superposition (3/1), Popmaster (11/2), North View (6/1), High On Hope (15/2), Legal Reform (12/1), Eupator (16/1), Tiger Crusade (28/1), Sheikh Raj (28/1), Diderot (80/1)
Three-time all-weather winner APIARIST has been catching the eye and should be up to defying this mark granted better luck in running, while there's good reason to believe that both High On Hope and Sheikh Raj can resume their progress.
