Showed promise in novice hurdles and while he failed to improve switched to a handicap at Doncaster (16.6f, good) in December, he has to be considered an interesting chasing debutant given his pointing background.
Proved to be a disappointment reverting to hurdling on first start for this yard at Catterick (25.3f, soft) recently but had been in notably good form over fences prior to that.
Goes well fresh and looked better than ever when making a winning seasonal return at Warwick on New Year's Eve. Encouragingly backed up that effort when runner-up from a 5 lb higher mark at Southwell subsequently.
Gained a deserved first win under Rules for her new yard in 5-runner handicap chase at Uttoxeter (20f, heavy) in December and went close from a 2 lb higher mark at Windsor (20.4, soft) subsequently. Likely to go well again.
Ex-pointer who took a step forward to score twice last March. Hat-trick never looked on the cards following month but stepped up on his reappearance when runner-up in 6-runner handicap at Ayr (16.5f) earlier in the month. Must enter calculations.
Stepped up plenty on his comeback run to land 6-runner handicap chase at Catterick (19.2f) last February. Looked unlucky not to follow up at Market Rasen later that month and shaped as if retaining ability on his recent comeback at aforementioned track.
C&D winner who confirmed his return to form when second of 5 in handicap chase (7/2) at Doncaster (20.5f, heavy) on latest start. Has to be taken seriously.
Posted a good second of 9 in handicap chase at Southwell (20.4f, good to soft) on return in November, off the bridle before the others in the frame but sticking at it. That form has worked out well and he could go well again back up in grade.

Forecasts
Largy Force (2/1), Empty Nest (5/1), Roger Rarebit (11/2), Park Talk (11/2), Ceolwulf (6/1), Onesoc (10/1), Flash Du Pistolet (16/1), Frisby (22/1)
A notably competitive handicap for the grade with FLASH DU PISTOLET receiving the tentative vote having returned to form with a good second at Ayr recently, while leaving the impression the run would put him spot on. Empty Nest and Largy Force are a couple of others who seem likely to go well.
