Had a productive 2024, winning 3 times and also placed in the Portland. Returns after 416 days off, and has to give plenty of weight away all round.

Won 6f handicaps in December and January before being touched off over this trip on his next outing. Out of his depth when tried in a listed race last time and will be much better off now back in handicap company.

Former Hong Kong winner who also landed a 5f handicap at Lingfield (7/2) 21 days ago, showing a willing attitude. 2 lb rise far from punitive, but draw could have been kinder.

Justified good support when scoring at Lingfield in January, and followed that with a close second of 8 there (4/1) 21 days ago, worn down only late on. Clearly in very good heart and entitled to be in the mix again from plum draw.

Has lost his way since his early starts last year, finishing last of 14 at Newcastle on his recent return from 6 months off. Now visored having been gelded.

Has had quite a productive all-weather season, winning at Newcastle in November and Lingfield (6/4F) 11 days ago, both from the front. Back up in grade but has good-value claimer in the saddle for first time.

Finished second 7 times last year but put that right when knuckling down well to score at Lingfield in January on the back of a breathing operation. Caught wider than ideal after slow start when fourth of 8 there 21 days ago.

Dominated against stand rail when landing 12-runner handicap over 6f at Newcastle (17/2) 15 days ago. Returns to a track where he's won 3 times (twice over this trip) and looks capable of going well again.

Placed 4 times in 2025 as well as winning at Thirsk in August. Returns after 158 days off with hood back on, and does have a pretty good record fresh.

A very competitive affair in which narrow preference is for MICHAELA'S BOY who is right back on song and was capable of even better form in his younger days. Recent Lingfield winner Atomic Force should go close again if able to navigate a potentially tricky draw, while Twilight Fun is another for the shortlist.
