Well held at Bangor and over C&D this winter and looks more one for handicaps after this.
Better effort in bumpers when third on soft ground here last February. Modest sixth on C&D hurdle debut/reappearance in November and pulled up at Newcastle since. Hard to make a case for.
Half-brother to 3 winners, including bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler Ryedale Racer. Built on debut promise when second in 7-runner bumper at Musselburgh (2m, good to soft) in December, lacking pace of winner. Longer trip should suit now hurdling.
Ended his time in France with an improved second at Auteuil in November. A reproduction of that form will make him hard to beat on debut for Willie Mullins.
Runner-up sole start in an Irish point last spring. Promise when fourth in a course bumper and 2m Ayr maiden hurdle. Today's step up in trip could unlock improvement.
Fair form when in the frame in a pair of bumpers for David O'Brien in Ireland last summer but finished a remote sixth on Hereford hurdle debut in December (sole outing for Neil Mulholland).
Point/dual bumper winner so his hurdle efforts at Sedgefield this winter have been a little disappointing. Still plenty of time for him to come good over timber but best watched here unless the betting vibes are strong.
Closely related to fairly useful hurdlers Oneofthesenights (stayed 2¾m) and Operation Overlord (stayed 2½m). Successful sole outing in points in December and must enter calculations now starting out in this sphere.
Made frame sole start in points last March. Showed a bit when fifth of 12 on C&D hurdle debut in late November but well beaten at Ayr since.
£32,000 purchase after winning an Irish point winner in November 2024. Showed a bit when fifth of 12 on Ludlow hurdle debut but could only manage a distant fourth at Sedgefield since.

Forecasts
He's On Fire (2/9), Johnny Moonshine (9/2), The Dog Thief (8/1), Forever Louie (33/1), Passing Diamond (40/1), Rosa Diaz (40/1), Good Boy Griff (50/1), Swingingonthesteel (66/1), Eagle's Cairn (66/1), Wherearethejudges (80/1), Cool Master (250/1)
French recruit HE'S ON FIRE should be hard to beat on his first run for Willie Mullins. The longer trip should suit Johnny Moonshine so he's put up for the forecast spot unless the betting vibes are strong for Tom Ellis point winner The Dog Thief.
